Nancy Rodriguez is a fiery, Latina carpenter with killer skills! She can improve and transform just about anything under a roof, and she’ll put most men to shame while she’s doing it! She has worked in the home improvement business for nearly 20 years and she’s sharpened her skills not only working on houses but also teaching others how to do it on their own.
Over the years she has inspired men and women alike to overcome their fear of power tools and take their home projects into their own hands. She has led countless workshops in plumbing, electrical, tiling, flooring, painting, wallpapering, and craft projects. She finds working with children especially rewarding and has designed programs and workshops to teach them how to contribute to their family’s home renovation.
Her talents landed her on the first all female build crew for Discovery Channel’s “Monster House.”¿Discovery Channel liked Nancy’s work so much that she was cast as a co-host for the series “Dude Room in which she starred in all 20 episodes produced. Most recently Nancy co-hosted the HGTV, hit show, “Over Your Head where she helped homeowners finish those lingering home improvement projects that they started but were unable to complete.
Nancy’s ego and attitude are almost as big as her heart. She thrives on helping people bring their home projects to life and loves empowering them to “get dirty and get it done."
